Sparkle has recently begun expanding its presence in Southeast Asia, including its debut in the Philippines’ banking and fintech sector. What are you learning from the region’s organisations, and where do you see the biggest opportunity in markets like Indonesia?

Our conversations are bringing the practical questions into focus: what will the platform access, how will it fit existing workflows, and how can teams demonstrate that security requirements are being followed?

Those questions matter as much as the technology. Organisations need confidence that adopting AI will work within their operating and governance requirements.

In Indonesia, I see a strong opportunity to make security expertise available across more engineering teams. A small security team should be able to put its knowledge and policies to work wherever software is being built.
